Linda Tracz

Since I was a child, I have always been interested in photography and catching everyday moments. My father was my mentor and teacher. Wherever we traveled, we carried our cameras, waiting for that special picture. At the end of the day we worked endless hours in his dark room developing our achievements. Now with my father’s spirit I always carry my camera in hand. I wait for that special unique shot to materialize and to be captured.

Now retired, I am able to focus on what I do best. I am a regular contributor on WUTV Utica. I have donated my work to Community Councils and to the indigent, and I have a number of pieces in museums around the state. I have received the Fenimore Art Museum Photographers Award for excellence in photography three times and best in show at Art in the Park Saratoga Arts.
