Contact Me!

I have been an artist all my life, but living with artists' books only since 1991. Since retiring from SUNY Oneonta , I am now able to devote more time to making books and boxes, marbling paper, designing specialty cards and customizing scrapbooks. I have been a member of the Artisans' Guild in Oneonta since 2000.

In January of 2010 I took a silk painting class locally and loved it. So that has become my new passion. But as with all things, I will keep on studying and learning new media and methods and having fun.

I have studied drawing, design, printmaking and painting at SUNY Oneonta, Women's Studio Workshop, and the Ink Shop in Ithaca and with such artists as Nancy Callahan , Jim Mullen , Daniel Kelm , Ed Hutchins, Dolph Smith and Carol Barton. I have studied traditional bookbinding with master binder, Fred Jordan. I have a BA (in German!) from the University at Buffalo and an MLS from Geneseo , neither of which has anything to do with art!
